Worksite Location(s): Work will be performed in multiple worksites throughout the Madison
area including the counties of Lake Geauga and Cuyahoga
Job Description: Plant/Maintain trees, shrubs, perennials, grass. Perform duties to include
but not limited to: lay sod, mow, trim, fertilize, rake, plant, water, dig. hand weed, install
mulch and soil, installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Use a
variety of hand tools/equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, backpack blowers and power
edger. Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs. Random drug/alcohol and background checks. 2 References
request. Ability to obtain a US driver's license. 3 Months Landscape Experience
Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. Workers are responsible for daily
transportation to and from the designated pick-up location at the Madison office. Employer
will then provide each work crew with daily transportation among the worksite locations in
Lake, Geauga and Cuyahoga counties.
Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: No.
Is On-the-Job Training available?: No.
The selected option for how the worker will be provided with or reimbursed for
inbound transportation/daily subsistence is: Reimburse the worker for transportation
and subsistence
Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer
will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence
back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker
will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer
has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of
transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and
reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate
of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.

Deductions from the Worker's Paycheck: The employer is required to make all payroll
deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law.
First Work Week Reimbursement: The employer will reimburse the worker in the first
workweek for all visa, border, and related fees.
Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide all tools,
supplies, and equipment at no cost to the worker.
Single Workweek for Pay: A single workweek will be used in computing wages due as
required by law.
