Aerotek Construction Foreman in Madison Lake, Minnesota
Description:
Lead a crew of 7-10 construction laborers
Put together pre-engineered fencing
Work outside, not in a factory or office
Experience a great sense of accomplishment and see progress take shape quickly
Ensuring that goals are accomplished, deadlines are met, and quality and safety standards are enforced
Reporting project progress to superiors, acting as a liaison between construction workers and supervisors, and solving disputes between workers
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to lead a hardworking crew
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
Prior construction experience necessary
