ServiceMaster Restoration by Wise Fire & water damage Packout Specialist in Madison Hts, Michigan
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Fire & water damage Packout Specialist, you will be working with your crew on job sites for residential and commercial properties that have suffered water or fire damage. You will work closely with the department coordinator and lead to assist the crew to complete tasks on time. You mainly will be dealing with inventorying, packing, moving, and cleaning people's belongings as well as the affected structure. Strong attention to detail and great communication skills are a must.
DUTIES:
Residential and commercial cleaning
Work with crew on job sites
Customer Service
Cleaning after water or fire damage
Inventorying, Packing & Moving of personal belongings after water or fire damage
Complete documentation requirements
Work with department coordinator to ensure tasks are completed on time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to operate cargo vans and moving box trucks
Professional appearance
Great with multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting
Able to lift 50+lbs
Able to work a flexible schedule
Requires a valid driver's license
Pass a background check
Able to work independently or as a team
Industry experience is a plus
