As our deal candidate , you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Plant Maintenance systems by providing technical support, analysing data, and leading delivery o n various digital solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Your key responsibilities:
As our Plant Maintenance & Reliability Functional Lead , you r key responsibilities will include:
Being an e xpert for all kind of Maintenance & Equipment Reliability related functional aspects , o rganization, process, and t ooling (including User Interface) .
Refin ing and discussing the business demand, captured in the Product Backlog with d igital experts, SME s from the business and the Product Owner .
Defin ing u ser r equirements and translate them to f unctional requirements , steer ing and guid ing the cross functional team s regarding implementation of digital solutions to improve Plant Maintenance and MRO (spare parts) processes and a ll the related solution areas like: SAP PM/MRO, ABAP, Mendix , API/ w eb M ethods , Authorizations, MD, Integrations ( PtP , FICO) etc .
E xecut ing the "technical" triage to determine high vs medium and low change track and ensure early involvement of solution architect and needed expertise roles ( GxP , security etc. ) in case of high impact changes .
U nderstand the functional solution of the demand but also the technical solution/impact .
Analyzing data from Plant Maintenance systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provid ing technical support to Digital Plant Maintenance teams to ensure systems are operating effectively.
Develop and maintain documentation for Plant Maintenance processes and digital systems.
Train Plant Maintenance teams on new digital systems and processes.

You bring:
Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of w orking e xperience in Plant Maintenance and/or Reliability, including the digital side as well as the shopfloor .
Deep knowledge and experience of Plant Maintenance and Equipment Reliability systems and processes: MRO (spare parts), and Integration aspects: Purchase to Pay and Finance and Control .
Deep knowledge and e xperience with digital solutions such as CMMS and EAM, specifically SAP PM.
G ood understanding of integration with external softwares e.g. Mendix platform, Web M ethods , ODL, Unite-X etc.
G ood knowledge of SAP & S4-HANA (Plant Maintenance module and its integration with other modules)
Ability to analyze data and apply insights into wider context of plant operations.
Deep knowledge of MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and Project Management.
Experience in managing a team of technical & functional consultants as well as managing RFI s / RFP s for software implementation from external vendors.
Experience of working in Agile environments and leading teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and consulting mindset .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility regarding mobility and traveling .
