Wayfair HR Advisor - Maternity Cover in Lutterworth, United Kingdom
<p><strong>Location: Lutterworth</strong></p>
<p><strong>Contract: 12 months FTC</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ideal start date: Aug 2024</strong></p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coaching & counselling leaders in UK & Ireland on policy & procedures, employment/labour laws, conflict resolution while effectively mitigating business and company risk</li>
<li>Assisting with on-going performance management process on complex cases</li>
<li>Creating & Reviewing of Talent policies & procedures</li>
<li>Identifying Talent compliance issues and suggesting corrective actions</li>
<li>Management of a broad variety of Employee Relations cases at various levels & lead employee relation investigations</li>
<li>Partner with the relevant CoEs to provide developmental training and coaching on employee relations techniques, corrective action and documentation and performance management best practices</li>
<li>Liaising with all relevant stakeholders and work cross functionally (Legal, Talent Strategy, Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition etc.) </li>
<li>Managing or participating in special projects / programs / continuous improvement initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Several years of experience in an HR Generalist/ ER Specialist role. </li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of UK labor law, basic knowledge of Irish labor law would be a strong asset</li>
<li>Fluency in English. </li>
<li>A solution-oriented approach & a high degree of business acumen, analytical capability and an ability to adapt to continuous change</li>
<li>Proven ability to effectively build relationships with individuals at varying levels within an organization</li>
<li>Proven ability to create, analyze and report data as it relates to people metrics</li>
<li>Diplomacy, executive maturity, organizational agility, and a know how to align corporate methods and agendas with ambiguity and trust</li>
