Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with daily maintenance duties including, but not limited to, working on conveyors, motors, gear boxes, fans, 100 horse power pumps, packing equipment, robots, feeding equipment, and bucket elevators. You will also be given a PM schedule and daily rounds to complete. Project work involving conduit, sensors, and installing equipment will also be part of your responsibilities. You will work with 480v and 3 phase and be expected to read blue prints and schematics. You will be part of a 7-person electrician team.
Shift/Pay/Additional Information:
Shift: 2-2-3 Rotating Days & Nights Shift - 6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am.
4 weeks on days then move to 4 weeks on nights (Working Half the year not including PTO/Vacation/Holidays)
Pay: 35.50/hr.
They have a site bonus. It is based on quarterly performance. Can earn up to 10%.
Company puts 4.5% percent into 401k. If employee puts in 5% the company will match 4% on top of that.
yearly tool allowance
After they have been with the company 30 days they earn 120 hours of vacation time. This is prorated depending on start date.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Own tools (basic hand tools) cordless drill, screw drill, impact
1+ year of industrial maintenance experience
Hydraulics & Pneumatics Experience
480v single & 3 phase knowledge
Able to Read Schematics
