Saw Operators Needed in Loves Park!
Job Description
Seeking a dedicated individual to join a dynamic team, starting in the Shipping department for 2-3 days to grasp the nuances of day-to-day operations before transitioning to a designated role within Saw Operating, General Labor/Shipping, or Forklift Operating. The role involves pulling materials for processing, ensuring team collaboration, precise measurement, and handling of materials while maintaining a strong work ethic. This saw requires prior experience. MUST have prior manufacturing saw experience and adept experience with reading measuring tools.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Loves Park, Illinois.
Work Environment
This role is based in a clean, well-lit facility where team inclusion is prioritized from day one. The work environment fosters a family-first approach with an open-door policy. Physical engagement is significant, as the role involves standing for extended periods and repetitive heavy lifting, especially during peak hours from 2-5:30 PM when shipments are dispatched. Three different starting shifts are available for the 1st shift: 6 AM-2:30 PM, 7 AM-3:30 PM, and 9:30 AM-6 PM.
