The Global Product Manager (GPM), Lab Solutions is a key strategic position within the Product Management Team. The GPM drives growth by leading the assigned product line and New Product Development (NPD) strategic plans for lab products and applications. This includes understanding customer pain points and the interconnectedness of Hach’s solutions, as well as developing and executing strategies to drive growth with existing and new customers and applications. This role will ensure alignment with the rest of the Product Management Team, the broader global marketing and strategy teams, regional commercial teams, Service, R&D, Operations, and digital solutions. A successful GPM is customer focused, strategic, action-oriented, has strong organizational agility, and leads cross-functionally to identify and implement growth initiatives. The GPM also leads new product launches and commercialization.

This position is part of the Product Management Team within the Product Management, Strategy, and Sales Excellence Team at Hach and is located in Loveland, CO.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for revenue growth for strategic growth initiatives within the assigned vertical market.

  • Analyze portfolio performance, including revenue, profitability, volume, price, and quality and convert analysis into insights, strategy, and action.

  • Lead competitive research and analysis, identify opportunities and threats, and develop and execute tactics accordingly by leveraging the rest of the commercial organization.

  • Actively participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) research to ensure short term and long-term commercial success of the current product portfolio and to capture and prioritize key customer needs for future products.

  • Understand and leverage relevant Lean Systems and tools (Veralto Enterprise System), including but not limited to: Problem Solving, Visual Daily Management, Launch Excellence, Customer Segmentation, and VOC.

  • Lead commercial product launches of new products and work cross-functionally to support their success post-launch.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other Marketing advanced degree preferred

  • 5 years of progressive work experience; product management/marketing experience required

  • Strategic and growth-oriented mindset, collaborative working style, and customer centricity

  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth initiatives by working cross-functionally in a matrix organization

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global environment with people from different countries and cultures, education, work backgrounds, and working styles

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
