Projects may include designs of wastewater collection system sewers, lift stations, force mains, treatment facilities, booster stations, and/or studies of wastewater and water systemsCoordinate with B&N project teams, internally and externallyParticipate in business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship managementCreate an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery processPromote a positive team environment that enhances our exceptional corporate cultureMaintain quality control of services and deliverablesSkills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering programProfessional Engineer (PE) registration in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana is a plus8 to 20 years of related water/wastewater experienceSelf-motivated and adaptable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environmentProject management experience a plus. Treatment process knowledge and experience is a plusHydraulic modeling of collection systems and/or distribution systems is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office required, experience with AutoCAD, REVIT, and/or hydraulic modeling software is a plus
