Humana, Inc. seeks Senior Application Architect in Louisville, KY.Duties: Design and develop IT applications architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. WPerform technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develop specifications for new products and services, applications and service offerings. Assess the compatibility and integration of products and services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent applications. Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components. 100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field, plus 5 years of experience as a Software Architect, Software Engineer, or in related roles.This role requires 5 years of experience in each of the following skills:-Open systems: Software development utilizing Agile software development process Node.js, Java, PHP, Perl, SQL, HTML;-JavaScript, Angular, CSS, .Net, .NET Core, MVC, C#, ADO.NET, Framework or LINQ;-Database: SQL Server, Oracle and No SQL databases including Cosmos DB or Mongo DB;-Code review; and-Architecture workflow and design including design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, and application security.Role requires 2 years of Cloud experience.Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.40 hours per week.
