Job Title: Mold Setter
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mold Setter to join our team in Louisville, KY. The Mold Setter will be responsible for setting up molds and maintaining injection molding machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality plastic parts. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Set up and adjust injection molding machines and related equipment.
Install molds into machines and ensure proper alignment and operation.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on molds and machines.
Monitor the molding process to ensure product quality and consistency.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on produced parts.
Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production runs, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in injection molding equipment and industry.
Strong familiarity with setting injection molds and assisting Processor with tool startups.
Knowledge of tool debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in plastics.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
