Key Accountabilities:

• Proactively work the collection on assigned customer accounts and expedites resolving past due invoices.
• Assists in resolving problems on pricing, order discrepancies, tax issues, deductions, and enter quality notifications accordingly for required credits.
• Investigates and reviews risk assessment of existing customers using established resources and company policies and procedures.
• Resolve credit balances on accounts per due diligence requirements of unclaimed property guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested such as audits and backup coverage for other departmental personnel.
