Job Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Participate in planning, reviews, and demos for Platform Pillar Team 5 (Systems) to ensure success in delivery of new products or enhancement of the current ones. Assist coworkers through various mediums (in person, zoom, code-reviews, JIRA, confluence, and slack channels) to collaborate effectively, support, teach and learn from my team members. Engage with external customers, architects, Product managers to get a better understanding of new feature work to be implemented. Work on the customer facing Application Programming interface (API) to provide ability to configure NGNIX Management using API. Handle bugs for Platform Pillar Team 5 (Systems) if reported. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) months of experience in the field of software engineering, or six (6) months of experience in the job offer
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Java; (2) Python; (3) C++; (4) Linux; (5) Big Data or Apache Spark; (6) SQL; (7) Machine Learning; (8) Junit; (9) Computer Security; (10) High Performance Computing or Parallel Programming.
