Sonos Inc. Sr Project Manager, Technology and Accounting in Los Angeles, California

Sonos is looking for a short-term employee to assist our Technology and Accounting organization with contract management; support researching corporate initiatives around automation and outsourcing; along with providing T&E clean up support. This position will be limited to 30 hours per week and is a three month contract with an option to extend. This position will report to the Accounting Senior Project Manager with a dotted line to the Chief Accounting Officer and Technology leader. What You'll Do Review all Technology and Accounting contracts and renewals for saving opportunities. Can be but not limited to conducting thorough analysis of existing contracts to identify areas where cost savings can be achieved, such as renegotiating terms, consolidating contracts, or seeking alternative vendors. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information for contract renewals, ensuring that renewals are processed accurately and on time to avoid disruptions in services. Assist in the corporate initiative around automation and outsourcing. This includes researching potential vendors and evaluating strengths through a vendor scorecard. Could also possibly include supporting the development of an RFP and MSA of vendors. Support activities around T&E. Assist in clearing the Concur expense reports that aren't posting to SAP. Facilitate the submission of aged expense reports and ones from termed employees. Collaborate with the Treasury team in integrating a new credit card with an automated feed into Concur. Clean up the Egencia data related to the "manager" field. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Adaptability and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. At Sonos we consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, which may lead individual compensation to vary depending on job related qualifications, skills, and experience. All full time employees are eligible for merit increases, discretionary bonuses, and equity. Our job postings may span more than one career level and the base pay range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The starting base pay for this role for all US candidates is between: $149,000 and $165,600 Please note that compensation details listed in US job postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
