Description We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in the Wholesale Distribution industry located in Los Angeles, California. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial planning and analysis processes. This role includes developing financial forecasts, maintaining accurate financial models, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial planning processes including the annual operating plan

• Develop and maintain financial models for accurate forecasting and budgeting

• Analyze and report on monthly expenses, identifying variances and trends

• Prepare presentations for business reviews

• Conduct material and gross margin analysis to optimize profitability

• Design and develop financial dashboards for enhanced data visualization

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by business needs, providing timely insights and recommendations

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing continuous education requirements, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies

• Utilize skills in CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, ERP, and Accounting Functions, among others, to effectively perform duties. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.

• Proficiency in CapEx, CRM, and Data Mining Techniques is essential.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is required.

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software is a plus.

• Applicant should be adept at performing Accounting Functions.

• Experience with Budget Processes and Expense Reporting is necessary.

• A strong understanding of finance is crucial for this role.

• The applicant should have experience in the Wholesale Distribution industry.

• The candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.

• The candidate should have the ability to work independently and in a team.

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• A master’s degree or relevant certifications would be an added advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.

• The candidate should have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis is desirable.

• The candidate should be proficient in financial software applications.

• Ethical behavior and confidentiality is crucial for this role.
