We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a receptionist in the non-profit industry located in the mid-Wilshrie area. In this role, you will be handling administrative tasks, managing phone calls and correspondence, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered and directed appropriately

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner

• Execute data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the maintenance of records

• Manage email correspondence, ensuring all communications are responded to in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Utilize interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and visitors, promoting a positive office environment

• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to perform various administrative tasks

• Organize files and documents to maintain a neat and efficient workspace

• Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources

• Oversee mail distribution, including sending, retrieving, and distributing mail effectively.

Requirements • Experience in handling multi-line phone systems is necessary

• Excellent customer service skills are a must

• Proficiency in data entry tasks is required

• Ability to manage detail-oriented email correspondence

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is necessary

• Experience with Microsoft Word is a must

• Efficient file organization skills are needed
