Description
Robert Half is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support a government client. The ideal candidate will offer a minimum of one (1) year of experience in professional environment inputting technical data related to legal matters, answering phone, scheduling meetings and assisting clients in person. This is great opportunity for someone seeking exposure to the legal industry, in an administrative capacity. This friendly and casual office environment is ideal for someone who is open-minded and has a passional for social justice issues and sees the value in diverse culture backgrounds and thoughts. Requirements
• Proficiency in managing legal files and forms preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal procedures and protocols
• Ability to maintain and organize office operations and processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Excellent time management skills
• High level of professionalism and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education will be a plus pre
