Job Title: Floor Care Technician
Job Description
As a Floor Care Technician, you will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, and washing floors and other surfaces inside buildings. Your tasks will include using both light and heavy commercial-type floor and shampoo machines, maintaining equipment in good working condition, and notifying the manager or supervisor if repairs or replacements are necessary. Additional responsibilities include vacuuming rugs in offices and public areas, spot cleaning, shampooing, dusting furniture, cleaning glass surfaces, and performing standard bathroom procedures.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Los Angeles, California.
Work Environment
You will work in a team of 5 to manage sections of the facility. The work schedule is Sunday to Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with two set days off. This is a non-rotating schedule. Flexibility is preferred to cover for others during vacations, FMLA, LOA, etc. Training will be provided to ensure consistency in performance.
