We are looking for a dedicated HR Contract Recruiter to join our team to recruit for HeadStart roles, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for HeadStart roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Collaborate with the HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Compliance and Documentation:
Verify candidates’ experience with processing associations with Guardian.
Confirm candidates' work experience with Community Care Licensing.
Ensure candidates have experience verifying permits through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
Review and assist candidates in completing required forms including LIC501, LIC503, LIC508, LIC9052, LIC9108, and LIC9163.
Candidate Experience:
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist candidates with questions and ensure they understand all requirements and processes.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR Manager.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven experience in recruiting, particularly within the HeadStart program or similar child development roles.
Demonstrated experience with processing associations with Guardian.
Experience working with Community Care Licensing.
Experience verifying permits through the CTC.
Familiarity with reviewing and assisting candidates with completing forms such as LIC501, LIC503, LIC508, LIC9052, LIC9108, LIC9163.
