Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will handle customer queries, process credit applications, manage customer records, and monitor customer accounts. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications
• Accurately maintain customer credit records
• Manage account reconciliation tasks
• Conduct check runs regularly
• Code invoices accurately and consistently
• Perform data entry tasks as required
• Process invoices in a timely manner
• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel for data management
• Utilize Oracle software for various accounting tasks
• Operate QuickBooks and SAP for financial management tasks Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar capacity.
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Demonstrated experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices.
• Strong Data Entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in Invoice Processing, with the ability to manage high volumes of invoices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use advanced functions.
• Experience with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP systems.
• Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively within a team.
