Job Summary:
Elite Repeats is adding to our team and looking to fill a full-time sales associate position. This team member will be assigned to the Front of the Store, which is the jewelry counter, the register, and the sales floor, focusing on providing outstanding customer service while maintaining an excellent, overall appearance of the sales floor.
Sales associates are expected to provide an efficient and courteous customer experience with a high level of energy, professionalism, and positivity. We are looking for a team player, someone who is a do-er and has an I can figure this out mentality. This person must have an engaging smile, is very friendly, and likes to talk to a wide range of people.
Hour Requirements:
? Ability to work Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
? Ability to work most Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a weekday off.
Other Required Qualifications:
? Ability to stand for long periods of time.
? Ability to lift at least 25 pounds, while climbing a ladder.
? Ability to lift objects over your head.
? Ability to distinguish colors.
? General keyboard and computer skills.
? Ability to learn our point of sale and credit card processing system.
? Wardrobe like the clothes we sell.
? Ability to maintain a friendly customer service disposition during the entire shift.
Skills:
Were looking for someone who can communicate effectively, work under pressure, make decisions independently, self-motivate, is good at time managing off a to-do list, is organized, and is a team player. Our sales floor associate enjoys a fast-paced work environment and has a desire to meet and exceed assigned goals.
Responsibilities:
? Handle customer service to include checking out customers, answering the phone, helping customers find inventory on the sales floor, helping to load and unload heavy items for customers, put back unsold items, becoming familiar with brands, products, and prices to ensure excellent customer service.
? Maintaining store displays, organizing, dusting, cleaning the sales floor, creating ways of re-organizing inventory to accommodate incoming inventory, and restocking inventory
? Perform housekeeping duties such as dusting, mopping, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning windows and counters.
