Your role

Your key goal is to provide leadership and instill an accountable sales culture in your sales force. You will lead and manage our sales team and customer support team. Responsible for developing talent, driving team pipeline/forecasts and KPIs, devising & implementing sales strategies, helping negotiate/close large deals, and achieving sales goals for the company. Overnight travel will be expected.

Your background and experience

  • A Bachelor’s (preferred) with 8-10 years of sales management experience managing a team of 10+ Strong experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning

  • Experience growing a National Sales Territory through share of wallet growth and new business development

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop short- and long-term strategic plans, including the preparation of annual business plans

  • Proficiency with a ERP package (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)

  • Microsoft Suite product knowledge including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

CO pay range: $150,000-$175,000 base plus 30-40% bonus eligibility and a car allowance.
