Drive Automotive Services Service Advisor Longmont in Longmont, Colorado

It's a priority for us to create a high car count. This way the Technicians and the Advisors both  consistantly see a high volume of cars. You don't have true opportunity if you don't see enough cars!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CAREER MINDED CANDIDATES! BE A GM AT ONE OF OUR NEW STORES!!! QUALIFIED ADVISORS WITH MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR ANY GM POSITION THAT BECOMES AVAILABLE!!!

The Advisor position comes with annualized base pay, plus bonuses. Bi-weekly pay periods. Base pay is determined based on experience and skills. Bonuses are paid out on the total dollar volume from the advisor's previous month's total of RO's.

Responsibilities for AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISORS

  • Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have, either by phone or in person.

  • Perform vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.

  • Consult with customers on applicable service specials.

  • Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.

  • Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations

  • Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes in a timely manner

  • Remain involved with the delivery of vehicles to customers upon completion to ensure all customer concerns can be addressed.

  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person.

  • Spend quality time building relationships with the customer.

  • Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle.

  • Perform opening and closing procedures and bi-weekly timekeeping procedures in the absence of the Store's General Manager.

  • Provide timely communication with management regarding applicable needs

  • Record and report any damage to the company or customer property immediately

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements for AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISORS

  • Must have 2-3 yrs. Service Advisor Experience

  • Must be Career and Goals Driven

  • Must have 1-2 yrs. Customer Service Experience

  • Responsible for greeting customers

  • Asking discovery questions to better service customer needs

  • Assist in identifying and finding a resolution to customer automobile repairs.
