Core Responsibilities

In this 12 month cover your primary focus will be supporting the sourcing and procurement of agency services across Media and PR, including media publishers, public relations and influencer, affiliate marketing, AdTech services and platforms. Secondarily the role may also support across other marketing services categories on an as needed basis. Moreover, you will:

  • Support and implement the Global Category Strategy

  • Secure strong Global/Regional partner management

  • Provide regular updates on global and regional market intelligence insights

  • Build and maintain regional supplier base including contract negotiation, relationship building, risk management and supplier performance

Play your part in our team succeeding

You will join the Marketing Services Media and PR category team out of London office. We are a distributed team spread across London, Billund, Enfield, and Shanghai and the glue that helps media and corporate communications management in all regions to keep agency and supplier partners delivering as promised.

We work closely with our media and PR colleagues and act as a sounding board on all types of projects. The Marketing Services category covers all commercial activity involving media, public relations, creative advertising services, creative production services, marketing events, market research, consumer insights.

Our aim is to help manage our media partners and to resolve any challenges to LEGO® marketing partners in terms of compliance, on boarding new suppliers, manage risk and drive value for the LEGO Group!

Do you have what it takes?

  • 3+ years experience in Procurement or in similar positions

  • Great communication skills and proficiency in English written and spoken.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite of tools (excel, ppt, Teams etc)

  • Previous experience working with SAP/COUPA

  • Experience within marketing services category – especially Media Services, or Public Relations, or Creative Services, and AdTech services.

  • Takes initiative, recognises and acts on opportunities

  • Thrives and contributes best in a team setting
