POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager is responsible for the Premium Brand management and Brand marketing strategy and support for the Europe, Middle East & Africa region. This position partners with the respective global brand teams, Operations and F&B to ensure on-brand execution on property level with a focus on guest experiences. The role will support the Director, Premium Brands in managing the brand fund expenditure in EMEA in partnership with the respective global brand teams to localize the expression of the brands through effective guest experience programs, media planning, creative development for communications and advertising. This role will be the brand champion for Premium Brands and a brand resource within the continent. This position needs to collaborate closely with operations and food & beverage, Franchise Organization, Learning + Development, Area Operations and Regional Directors of Marketing,
Digital & Loyalty, Partnerships, Openings team and the PR & Communications teams to develop effective continent and country level guest experience and marketing programs that drive brand awareness, preference, market share and topline performance for the Premium brands in EMEA. This role acts as a supportive brand advocate in the continent for the Premium brands.
SCOPE
Responsible for brand management and brand marketing of the following brands as determined by the Senior

Supporting All-Inclusive
Support introduction of new Premium brands in Continent + pipeline efforts

CANDIDATE PROFILE - KEY TALENTS AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED
Lodging industry experience is strongly preferred.
Prior brand management/marketing experience required.
Three to five years prior experience developing integrated brand marketing campaigns across channels
(digital, social, buzz, PR, sales) is required.
Experience partnering with global brand management and marketing teams is strongly preferred.
Experience managing and marketing brands is strongly preferred.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to handle the complexities of working with owners and key stakeholders.
Strong team player and ability to foster relationships and collaborate across disciplines.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Education
- University degree preferred or qualifications in related field preferred but not essential.
