How will you make an impact in this role?

This Senior Manager position will lead the overall growth plan for Amex Offers globally, assessing opportunities to increase existing footprint/engagement levels as well as expand to new markets.

This role requires a strong analytical background with an ability to clearly articulate and link investments to overall goals

Ideal candidates will have consulting or strategy backgrounds and experience assessing organic & inorganic growth levers. They will be a central subject matter expert in the digital advertising space, primarily performance marketing and card-linked offers – providing the team with customer and competitive insights to drive prioritization and marketing positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refine multi-year sales targets and goals across all markets, including evolving the program of scorecard, reporting packages, and platform OKRs

  • Lead global and network expansion plan, including market prioritization, program investments, and critical go-to-market requirements

  • Lead assessment of organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including M&A/Ventures proposals

  • Manage a competitive insights program to support prioritization and program positioning

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strategic thinker who can develop a vision linked to organizational goals, and translate that vision into key actions

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to clearly advise on progress, roadblocks, and successfully drive project momentum

  • Focus on external insights and learnings, with ability to synthesize learnings and link to internal growth opportunities

  • Ability to build relationships, both internally and externally, that efficiently identify and deliver on mutual goals

  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and handle changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
