WTW Sales Delivery Executive Crisis Management in London, United Kingdom

The Role:

  • Sales Collateral: Assist in the creation, development and delivery Sales Collateral whilst ensuring all sales collateral is up-to-date, relevant and aligns with the Crisis Managements branding and messaging including:

  • Client meeting material

  • Crisis Management social media programme

  • Operational documents

  • Product guides

  • Sales presentations

  • Materials for sales meetings, including agendas, presentations and reports.

  • Sales Activity Support: support the planning and execution of Sales Activities including:

  • Sales projects.

  • Sales activities and campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth.

  • Sales events inc. customer-facing activities.

  • Support Sales meetings and follow up on action items to ensure completion.

  • Sales Reporting: Support, develop and maintain activities that drive dashboards to track performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across Crisis Management sales teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

  • Additional responsibilities/support as required by the business/Line Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales teams or related roles, with a focus on driving sales performance and revenue growth.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is an advantage.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skill.

• Experience in CRM and preferably Microsoft Dynamics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and business acumen.

• Knowledge of MS Office suite

• Knowledge on data management will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics CRM or another CRM system will be a distinct advantage.

• Build and management of SharePoint/Intranet sites.

• Previous use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Crisis Management social media programme would be an advantage

• Understanding of the Insurance industry is an advantage.

• Understanding of Project Management accreditation is an advantage in one of the following: PRINCE 2/ Praxis Practioner / CPPM / MSP
