Food and Beverage Sales Executive

The Food and Beverage Sales Executive is responsible for the development and commercial success of the hotel's four food and beverage outlets.

This role focuses on attracting new customers, promoting the outlets, and driving business growth through innovative strategies and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively prospect and qualify new leads for the hotel’s food and beverage outlets. Develop new business by attracting new customers and promoting the outlets.

Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers. Build and maintain good relationships with customers (hotel and external/local) .

Pipeline Management : Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.

Strategic Planning: Develop with the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing & the Director of F&B strategic plans for expanding F&B outlets, considering market trends, customer preferences, and business goals.

Collaboration: Work directly with the Director of F&B to craft innovative business development strategies and tactics to achieve rapid growth. Collaborate with the hotel marketing & PR team to create unique F&B concepts that resonate with the target audience.

Market Analysis: Track and monitor competitors’ products and activities. Stay informed about market trends and competitive offerings.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales or business development within food and beverage venues either in hospitality industry or as stand alone.

· Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans.

· Basic understanding in social media and marketing.

· Proven entrepreneurial skills is a plus
