WTW FINEX Professional Indemnity Client Advocate in London, United Kingdom
The Role
The Client Advocate is responsible for a portfolio of law firm clients and prospects with accountability for the retention of clients and new business development. Will manage and develop client and WTW relationships and grow the portfolio. The Client Advocate is responsible for broking into Lloyds and company markets.
Communicate effectively with clients, associates, markets and others
Liaise with clients and build strong relationships, lead and deliver the end to end ongoing client service
Proactively develop appropriate solutions and proposals for clients
Assist with and design programme and pricing structures
Check policies, market presentations and client documentation
Manage KPIs/SLAs to ensure targets are adhered to
Grow existing portfolio by delivering high levels of client services
Understand a client or prospect’s business, situations, opportunities, problems and key issues
Identify primary budget holders and decision makers within clients and prospects
Responsibility for supporting the drive of the sales process and business area practice
Deliver optimisation of revenue from new and existing clients
Respond quickly and accurately to new business introductions
Support the BU in accurate budgeting, forecasting and tracking of revenue
Actively identify opportunities to work with colleagues across the business
Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services
Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise
Create and grow relationships with underwriters in London and international markets
The Requirements
Preferably ACII qualified or working towards the ACII qualification
Preferably educated to degree level or relevant industry experience
Experienced practitioner in professional indemnity insurance for law firms, who is seen as a trusted advisor by existing clients
Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists
Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service
Track record of developing new business opportunities
Experienced knowledge of insurance markets globally
Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery
