Randstad US Employer Branding Manager in London, United Kingdom

Join Randstad Enterprise’s global advisory team, focused on reimagining the future of work and enhancing talent and joy at work. Our team supports the full talent life cycle, leveraging cutting-edge strategies and expertise. As part of our advisory and Talent Marketing community, you’ll collaborate with experts in employer branding and marketing, sharing best practices and innovative solutions.

What you’ll do;

  • Design and manage research on employer brand, people experience, DE&I, and more, leveraging technology and generative AI for swift insights.

  • Collaborate with advisory teams for complex research, insights, and content creation.

  • Develop and analyse employer brand insights, including brand perception, competitor analysis, and talent behaviour through brand assessments and Brandwatch data.

  • Support client workshops, meetings, and interviews to define plans and EVP strategies.

  • Manage and coordinate client engagements, ensuring timely project delivery and execution.

  • Create case studies and best practices to share across business areas and clients.

What you will bring;

  • Deep understanding and passion for people experience and end-to-end employer branding.

  • Strong geographic, intercultural awareness, and D&I communication skills.

  • Expertise in research and insights creation with a data-driven approach

  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude

  • Experience in HR/talent arena preferred.

  • Excellent command of English language and communication skills.

  • Relevant certifications or experience in a similar role.
