An exciting opportunity has arisen within Estée Lauder Travel Retail Europe, Middle East & Africa to appoint a Corporate Account Executive. This role will report to and support the Corporate Account Manager who will be responsible for all brands and will work with our retailer, Dufry UK & Europe.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Corporate Account Manager (CAM) in all administrative elements of their role

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the Retailer to facilitate great relationships based on trust and reliability

  • Work closely with the Retailers buying team to ensure respect and permanent enhancement is provided to all systems and processes

  • Ensure complete account management of small retailers under CAM supervision

  • Review daily sales and report any risk/opportunity to CAM and Regional Brand Directors which will include any out of stock items

  • Build all necessary reports to analyse the performance of the CAM’s retailer

  • Build assortments with marketing teams

  • Build and review trade marketing action plan

  • Build newness forecast and review this regularly to ensure accuracy

  • Focus on Emerging and Acceleration Brand to ensure correct acceleration of distribution

  • Support the CAM with managing stock replenishment and orders to ensure optimal stock coverage with the Retailers

  • Maintain a log of all competitor activities and share this with the CAM.

Qualifications

  • Sound understanding and experience in retail sales management and commercial acumen

  • Customer service focused

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel

  • Good knowledge of SAP.
