Are you looking to create best in class digital marketing execution for LEGO.com EMEA?

Bring your digital marketing execution skills and affiliate marketing experience to our Ecommerce Performance Marketing team.

In this role you will help shape new ways of working across digital natives in various business units at the LEGO Group, creating innovative approaches, while uniting separate media tactics and teams into a cohesive EMEA performance marketing strategy built on clear numeric KPIs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee, manage and help grow our Affiliate Program in EMEA – driving visitor and commercial impact on LEGO.com.

  • Participate in weekly reporting sessions around our sales plans, update teams on EMEA digital performance, and execute the action plans for our Performance Marketing & SEO team.

  • Drive effectiveness in our Affiliate marketing program across EMEA, establishing strong relationships and building new publisher partnerships to grow LEGO.com.

  • Identify new opportunities for growth in our EMEA markets, focusing on ecommerce KPIs for sales, new audience growth, and engagement.

  • Maintain a broad view across digital performance marketing levers including affiliate marketing, search marketing, and programmatic, and support functional teams gain local insights to improve performance.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent working experience in digital marketing experience across multiple digital channels, including Affiliate, SEO, PPC, and display; together with hands-on affiliate marketing experience across big networks including any of Amazon Associates, Rakuten, AWIN, Webgains, Commission Junction or others in this space. Moreover, budgeting experience across digital channels, with general knowledge of basic finance principles.

Hands-on affiliate marketing experience as a publisher, advertiser or affiliate network account lead, and Adobe Analytics experience, are desirables.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable in presenting both broad and detailed views on performance marketing channels.

  • An incredibly structured and organised approach, to performance data and analysis; proficient levels in excel and analytics platforms.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team, and excited by problem-solving complex challenges, becoming a change lead who can approach obstacles pragmatically.

  • Proficiency in English language skills, both in written and oral.
