Overview The CCA Box Office is looking for summertime help. Start date will be the second week of May. Employment into the school year 2024-25 may be possible. We are the first point of contact for our patrons and want to provide the best possible experience as they enter the world of music and theatre.

Responsibilities

  • Nights and weekends required per event schedule.
  • Willingness to learn the ticket system.
  • Accurately sell tickets to Caine College of the Arts (CCA) events.
  • Cash handling.
  • Answering the phone, greeting patrons in person, and other duties as assigned.
  • Hours will be set for the office and flexible for performances.
  • Quick problem solving and thinking on your feet.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience required
  • Cash Handling experience required
  • Good verbal communication skills, in person and over the phone.

Advertised Salary $11.00 per hour

ADA Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes.  The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
