Are you an experienced Supplier Onboarding Operations Administrator with a strong data quality mindset and a great attention to details? As we continue our digital transformation and experience rapid growth in the U.S. and Europe, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is now hiring a Supplier Onboarding Operations Administrator with a passion for Master Data maintenance, digital solutions, and helping patients.
This is a vital role within the Supplier Onboarding Operations Administrator function—a dynamic, newly created team within Takeda Business Solutions. We as Supplier Record Management are the transactional arm of the Supplier Lifecycle Solutions, securing on-time and on-quality data life cycle management, including global Master Data incident handling. Supplier Record Management cooperates closely with the MD CoE, which is leading development of best-in-class processes, owning the global Data Governance and driving data quality analytics.

As a Supplier Onboarding Operations Administrator, you will be Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Master Data in SAP SLP and MDG and related data collection systems; prioritize and accelerate requests to ensure business requirements are met with a low processing time and good customer satisfaction achieved.
Reporting to the Supplier Record Manager, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business and other stakeholders.

Required qualifications:
Working experience in SAP ECC would be an asset
Academic, background preferably in finance/ accounting / economics
Experience with Solution or Service Center, preferably in an international environment
Fluent in English
Working knowledge of Excel
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in working with Master Data would be a beneficial asset
Experience in Power BI reporting would be an asset
Working experience in Ariba, MDG, ServiceNow would be preferred
