Philips Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist with Spanish in Lodz, Poland

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the Installed Base process you are responsible for the registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documents. As a Services Specialist, you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Your role:

  • Registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documents

  • Maintaining customer installed base for parts consumption and removal of defective items

  • Carrying out on daily basis analysis of data accuracy including providing data for field audits

  • Updating statuses of installed products e.g. scrapped, storage, dismantled, operational

  • Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests

  • Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers

You're the right fit if:

  • You have fluent Spanish & English

  • You have some professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain, accounting, etc

  • You enjoy having direct contact with customers and keep a high standard of communication

  • You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.

  • You have comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage

  • You have the problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities

  • You are able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required
