You Account Manager are responsible for helping customers to grow, with access to some of the most experienced marking and coding industry experts in your own team, then being part of our Videojet sales team could be right up your street across in order to expand our visibility of the market of Łódzkie and Świętokrzyskie.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Secure and grow revenue within an agreed region by selling the Videojet product range to existing and new customers,

  • Participate in regional/national trade shows and onsite equipment demonstrations at customers’ sites.

  • Promote a variety of finance and service agreements to our customers

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Sales Orientated – driven by the challenge of developing new customers or finding untapped opportunities to grow their business.

  • Think outside of the box – look at problems and approaches work with innovation at the forefront of their mind.

  • Great Teammate – relationship savvy people who intentionally make connections with both internal partners and external contacts.

  • Customer-Oriented - builds dedication and trust. Evaluates customers needs and deliver technical solutions.

Also:

  • A proven record in Account Management, ideally in Multinational Corporations

  • The ability to build healthy relationships with customers

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret customer needs and handle their expectations.

  • English language skills would be plus

  • Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC) would be plus

  • Excellent attention to detail.
