Ready to lead quality initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement? Join our team as a Sr Quality Engineer!
In this role, you\'ll play a pivotal role in maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty by integrating quality principles throughout the product lifecycle. You\'ll use advanced quality planning, data analysis, lean techniques, and problem-solving to optimize processes, resolve complaints, and ensure continuous improvement. Lead projects to ensure products meet specifications and are fit for use, while driving cross-functional quality initiatives to enhance systems, reduce waste, and foster strong relationships.
What You Will Do
Quality Planning: Lead advanced quality planning, ensuring requirements are met and incorporating reliability principles into specifications and test plans.
Quality Control: Develop and maintain quality control systems, lead quality audits, manage supplier performance, and apply statistical methods for product and process control.
Continuous Improvement: Resolve quality issues, reduce costs with structured problem-solving, use statistical methods for analysis, and generate reports to drive improvements.
Mentorship & Training: Provide guidance to less experienced team members and administer quality training programs across the organization.
What You Will Bring
Education: Engineering Degree.
Certification: ASQ CQE required within 18 months of hiring; CRE, CSQE, or CSSBB a plus.
Experience: 5-7 years of engineering experience, including experience with robust corrective actions and ISO/IATF audits.
Knowledge: Understanding of formal RCA, tools 5Y or 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Pareto Analysis, and Production Part Approval.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is \$90,000 - \$110,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
