Requisition ID: 38590

Job Location(s):

Job Description

Our Danfoss Climate Solutions global marketing team is looking for a student worker to join us to support the creation, activation, and performance tracking of digital content. We’re on a mission to engineer energy-efficient solutions to help the world get more out of less, reduce global emissions, and mitigate climate change; and we need your help to reach the world with that message.

You’ll join a dynamic, high-energy team that explores new possibilities every day to deliver better digital customer experiences, working with colleagues from around the world.

You are a skilled multitasker—unafraid to quickly take up tasks and see them through to completion. You have an interest in digital marketing, and maybe even some experience working with digital channels such as social media, marketing automation and websites (ideal: Umbraco CMS). You are curious and interested in finding new ways and are especially interested in tracking performance to evaluate how to utilize our digital channels to the best extent possible.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support our Hybrid Event program, helping to bring together the on-site and online elements of our expos into one, cohesive experience.

  • Become a supporting player on our YouTube channels, helping to optimize content, metadata, and overall video performance.

  • Support in campaign reporting and optimization.

  • Help us in the continuous development of our digital channel strategies.

  • Help us think creatively and outside the box.

  • Help us engage our customers in two-way conversations across digital channels.

  • Take up ad-hoc tasks to support all members of the team.

Background & Skills

At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making. When you consider this job posting, do you feel like your profile is not a perfect match? Numerous studies have found that women and people of color are more likely to apply only when they meet all requirements listed in the job posting. Even if you do not check all the boxes, we encourage you to apply anyway. We are curious to find out how you can bring new insights to the role or to Danfoss as an organization.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

  • Strong written and spoken English skills.

  • Familiarity with mainline digital channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Driven by execution and adherence to deadlines.

  • Organized and self-driven.

  • Detail-oriented (you are ideally a passionate note-taker).

  • Team player.

  • Demonstrable content creation skills are also a plus.

Please note, you must be a registered student to apply for this job. Ideally, you’re studying for your Masters, but outstanding bachelor’s candidates will also be considered.

We’re looking for someone to work up to 20-25 hours per week out of our office in Ljubljana , Slovenia.

If you are interested in joining us, we look forward to receiving your application in English. Please note that we will handle applications on a continuous basis, so please submit yours as soon as possible.
