Your Key Responsibilities
Manages a dedicated set of projects and the respectively accountable Project Managers, on a strategic level. Lead medium to long term planning and prioritization processes for all projects assigned. Act as escalation point of contact within defined escalation paths. Decide about conflicting targets or resource requests. Monitor project progress, and contribute to Go/No-Go decisions. Interact and communicate with senior stakeholder peer-groups or customers.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. 3 or more years of automotive engineering experience. Advanced engineering & physics knowledge. Practical and applicable knowledge of vehicle systems. Leadership ability and delegation skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize and make recommendations and decisions. Ability to influence while being open to technical feedback.
