Study and understand the project requirements. Discuss with various stakeholders of the project to understand the technical requirements of the project. Prepare the statement of understanding and get approval from stakeholders of the project. Get the program launch date and ECO release date from program management team. Discuss with program management team and finalize the priority of ECO release. Create the project plan for drawing creation support activity in discussion with offshore team. Collate the standards required for each program and document it for offshore team's usage. Get the approval from program team on the collated standards and signoff the document. Coordinate with engineers in getting the input for the drawing creation. Download the CAD models from the TcAE database and package it to send it to offshore. Do the required documentation for the package for offshore team to execute it. Upload the package through the secured server for offshore team to download the data. Working with offshore team for any clarifications, if there is a clarification in the package, work with engineers to get it clarified. Receive the PDF output of the drawings from offshore and share it with engineers for their feedback. Based on the engineers feedback get the final output drawings from offshore (Both CAD & updated PDF drawings). Upload the CAD models and drawings into TcAE database. Run the release workflow for all the drawings created and intimate the engineers to initiate the ECO release process. Provide all the inputs using secure Global workflow tool. Track each & every task through the workflow tool. Develop design change report & submit to client on monthly basis. Ensure accurate, complete and consistent inputs and deliverables as scheduled. Validate the quality of deliverables.  Prepare and present weekly project status to customer. Develop design change report & submit to client on monthly basis. Develop and maintain technical documentation and project reports. Track project status through MPP (Microsoft Project Plan) and Caresoft ERP.

Master's degree in mechanical with 12 months experience or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years' experience required, foreign equivalent accepted, 40hrs a week. Must be willing to travel or relocate to an unanticipated location in future if required.
