Improves manufacturing processes and quality | | improvement and update standard operation procedure. Assists in | | improving a system of production control, standard operating | | procedures, safety, quality control and training. Estimate and | | provide quotations to customer based on their requirements. | | Coordinates the manufacturing launch of new/revised products through | | engineering change management. Performs product/process analysis for | | cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency. | | Performs BOM consumption and engineering change management involving | | all functional stake holders. Support manufacturing team in process | | standardization and optimization, taking care of process mapping, | | line balancing and value analysis, monitor process failure analysis | | using occurrence & release. Ensure deliverables in terms of timing | | and quality in compliancy with SLA. Ensure accurate, complete and | | consistent inputs and deliverables for schedule adherence process | | planning application. Track quality matrix & identifying the training | | requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation and | | project reports. | | | | Master's degree in industrial engineering with two years' experience | | required, foreign equivalent accepted, 40 hrs per week.
