The General Manager for Roush Engine Products will have profit and loss responsibility and will lead and implement a strategic business development and sales strategy for existing and new business opportunities. The role will focus on the engine and chassis business, exploring multiple engine configurations and power sources. The General Manger for Roush Engine Products will grow the business with a strategic business plan that utilizes the "One Roush" strategy. This role is an onsite role based out of Livonia, MI. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Full Profit and Loss responsibilities.
This position and its duties are heavily based in leadership and relationship development.
Work with key stakeholders to define a vision and strategy to maintain the integrity of our hallmark brand and drive profitable growth.
Lead a cross functional team to execute the business, which includes:
- Engineering
