This is an exciting opportunity for talented Core Engineers to enhance the robustness and reliability of driveline products. These engineers will lead the development and refinement of requirements, correlate test methods to customer duty cycles, oversee the technical design review sign-off process, and maintain core documents with input from technical specialists. In this position...

  • Own implementation of new Technical Design Review Process for robustness in signoff (Peer Review).

  • Maintain, improve and create Core documents with input from Tech Specialist - DFMEA, RCL, Boundary Diagram, Core DV, etc.

  • Develop Customer Correlated Duty Cycles for more meaningful component testing and improved reliability with input from connected data and TDE duty cycles team.

What you'll do...

  • Streamline requirements and core docs for engineering efficiency.

  • Author new systems to components requirements cascade for more robust upfront design.

You'll have.. .

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in an automotive or aeronautical engineering environment.
