Basic duties/responsibilities:

• Unload APC (mail carriers) from truck.
• Process all mail through trained procedures.
• Keep files cleaned and tubbed, if necessary.
• Distribute mail to members.
• Place mail in outside lock boxes for resident mail service members.
• Distribute miscellaneous or office mail to appropriate department.
• Monthly tub and file check.
• Research problem and no-code mail.
• Other duties as assigned

Basic skills/knowledge:

• Requires the ability to file numerically.
• Must have the ability to deal effectively with club staff, club members and outside vendors or resources with whom we do business.
• Must have good research abilities and interpersonal relations.
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Standards:

• Position requires constant standing, walking, bending and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Part of job may involve eye strain.

Job Type: Full-time, entry level position with opportunity for immediate advancement within the organization.

Salary: $10.00 /hour
