Live Nation Marketing Automation Specialist in Live Nation Australasia Melbourne, Australia

Job Summary:

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will harness your expertise in Marketing Automation platforms, including Fan Journeys, Automation, and Personalization, to deliver digital solutions that utilise various channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages.

Your responsibilities:

  • Martech Strategy: Support the VP of Digital Product & Experience in delivering our marketing technology strategy, including solution design and the implementation of new technologies.

  • Digital Solutions: Address business challenges and develop cross-platform digital solutions using SQL, Liquid, HTML, and CSS.

  • Reporting and Automation: Develop and automate custom reports and templates to support organizational objectives, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

  • Data Analysis and Insights : Analyze data to generate actionable insights, guiding strategic decisions and optimizing marketing efforts.

  • Journey Optimization: Create and optimize fan journeys by identifying data points, segmentation strategies, and triggers to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience.

  • Data Management: Maintain and validate data integrity through regular imports, exports, parsing, and queries to ensure overall data hygiene and accuracy.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor, track, and manage usage metrics and overages to optimize the performance of marketing platforms.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of campaign setups across all platforms to maintain high-quality standards.

  • VIP Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives tailored to VIP experiences, leveraging market insights and aligning with overall business objectives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the VIP Experience team to create and deliver personalized digital and on-premise experiences for fans.

  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with International Media Service teams to respond to campaign briefs, develop media plans, manage budgets, and execute audience targeting strategies for Brand Partners.

    Highly regarded skills:

  • Marketing Automation Platforms: Expertise in tools like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in either SQL, HTML, CSS, or Liquid for data manipulation and template customization.

  • Data Management: Strong skills in data importing, exporting, parsing, validation, and hygiene.

  • Segmentation and Targeting: Ability to create and manage audience segments and tailor campaigns based on customer behavior.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Experience in developing custom reports, dashboards, and using analytics tools like Google Analytics and/or Tableau.
