About the role

  • Our Provisioning Service Unit, composed of 86 people, is integrated in the Procurement Service Line department and focuses on PO creation, update, and follow-up to support the warehouse and purchasing department making sure that the material arrives on time to ensure the good functioning of the factory in collaboration with Procurement Service Line.

  • Our Accounts Payable Transversal team, composed of 11 people, is integrated in the Procurement Department and focuses on processing invoices, accounts reconciliation and internal controls in collaboration with all needed stakeholders either internal or external actors.

  • Our Travel and Expenses team, composed of 10 people, is integrated in the Procurement Department and focuses on performing basic transactional operations on a day-to-day basis, according to operational procedures, respecting service, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets.

  • As a Procurement Operations Trainee you will work on PO creation, update and follow up, invoicing and accounts reconciliation, and performing basic transactional operations to support the efficiency of the Provisioning Service Unit. You will get the opportunity to contribute to Global Business Services and have a positive impact on Procurement Projects.

  • You will be accountable for:

  • Creation of Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP

  • Follow up on these POs for delivery dates and prices in case of non-perfect matching

  • Follow up on material/service delivery on time

  • Analyze discrepancies between orders and invoice and perform accounts reconciliation

  • Posting of expense reports, control checks, and internal reporting

  • Delivery of Procurement Travel & Expenses and P-Card operations, according to the service catalog

  • This is a 1 year rotational internship with the duration of 4 months in each team

  • We offer a 12 months Internship contract based on hybrid working mode

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting

  • Experience in similar activities in dealing with customers is a plus but non-mandatory

  • Competencies:

  • Fluency in English (Portuguese and other languages are a plus)

  • Experience in SAP is a plus

  • Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

  • Analytical skills and familiarity with database and data crunching

  • Behaviors:
