About the role
Our Procurement eSourcing team, composed of 5 people, is integrated in the Provisioning department and focuses on delivering Procurement Services in collaboration with the whole Procurement Service Line.
As a Procurement eSourcing Specialist, you will work on enhancing Sourcing activities contributing to the knowledge base and capabilities within the Global Business Service Procurement Service Line organization. You will get the opportunity to contribute to accelerating e-sourcing capabilities and have a positive impact on the Solvay Group's digital transformation.
You will be accountable for:
Prepare tools essential for executing Sourcing Activities (RFx & eAuctions)
Conduct mock/live e-auctions for business purposes
Develop Analysis Matrix for eSourcing Events
Provide support for RFx and/or eAuction processes
Assist buyers in data management, leading to the creation of events
Support and train suppliers on e-Sourcing specifics
Foster a culture embracing the adoption of eSourcing tools in alignment with Solvay governance
We offer a fixed-term (9 months) contract based on a hybrid working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar fields
Relevant work experience in Procurement tools and processes
Competencies:
Knowledge in at least one eSourcing / Procurement tool (eg. SAP Ariba)
Google Tools
Fluency in English (French would be a plus)
Behaviors:
Good communication skills, with a supportive mindset
Problem-Solving capabilities
High level of initiative
About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While Portugal's base pay reasonably expected for this role is from 19600 to 21700 EUR annually, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
