As a Contracts Administrator - Level 2 , your role will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. Ready to join forces with our visionary team?
Our Contracts Administrator will administrate daily contract activities for a variety of product lines and contract types, including cost reimbursable and firm fixed; such activities will include, establishing payment terms, initiating and monitoring invoicing, collections, and funding to support financial objectives. You will support contract Closeout activities including but not limited to completion of closeout checklists, obtaining required certifications and customer engagement
Your Role and Impact:
Enters data related to outgoing proposals and incoming customer contracts for commercial, government, domestic and international customers into applicable business systems using defined computer software
Compiles data and prepares a variety of reports
Validates data with applicable customer purchase documents and internal policies, procedures and business system requirements for completeness and accuracy
Investigates questionable data and recommends actions to resolve discrepancies
Works complex assignments independently and support Finance, Program Management, and various levels of Management
Enters and manages data in the financial/delivery system
Understands and leads contracts data migration and processes into the Contract Management System (CMS)
Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table - Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Experience in Finance, Contracts, Pricing and Estimating, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Legal or Global Supply Chain
Proficiency with MS Office
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance or SCI access
What Sets You Apart:
Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS/NFS clauses
Experience in the Aerospace Industry or Manufacturing Industry
Experience working independently on routine contract management responsibilities, including contract and regulatory compliance, and negotiations (price, terms and conditions, and technical requirements)
Ability to manage multiple contracts at the same time of moderate value and risk level, including various contract types such as cost reimbursable and fixed price
Basic understanding of Government contracting requirements

Salary Range: $67,200 - $110,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
