Hillyard Inc. Service Account Manager in Lino lakes, Minnesota
Service Account Manager Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Service Account Manager for our Service team in Lino Lakes, MN. The Service Account Managers are highly trained and experienced front-lined sales and service professionals, to evaluate and detail out all equipment at all assigned accounts within a territory for achieving maximized planned maintenance growth and service penetration and related products. Personally, contacts and secures new and existing business accounts/customers through lead generation with a focus on achieving growth metrics. Essential Functions And Responsibilities: * Promotes/sells/secures service and programmed maintenance from existing and prospective customers using a relationship-based consultative approach. * Performs onsite equipment evaluations for existing and prospective customers. * Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business. * Expedites the resolution and provides solutions of customers service problems and complaints. * Develop clear and effective written presentations/proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers on program maintenance and service. * Complete, adjust, and understand pricing for specific equipment and/or in specific territories. * Analyze the territory/market's potential and determine the amount of existing and prospective customers' worth and establish lead targets. * Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the "Return on Time Investment" for the territory segment. * Keep abreast of new product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, and innovative trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with strategic vendor partners and internal technical service support. * Establish a strong baseline understanding of competitors' equipment and keep abreast of all future developments in the market. * Consistently documents important Service sales opportunities in Hillyard's CRM Program and updates and keeps PM list current for local sales. * Attend and participate in monthly service meetings, periodic seminars, trade shows and conventions as they come up. * Attend Hillyard training events throughout the year and participate in Trident Training. * Prepare and participate in quarterly reviews with direct regional manager or director of service. Qualifications Include: * High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required. * 4 year Bachelors Degree preferred. * Prior outside business to business sale experience. * Excellent written and verbal skills. With the ability to persuade others. * Strong decision-making, problem solving skills. * Possess good judgement and has a good mechanical background. * Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong industry knowledge and ability to evaluate proper and safe operation of equipment. * Ability to work within deadlines, and good time management skills. * Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment.
