For our NBS Lisbon we are currently looking for trainees in two of our main areas: Order to Cash (O2C) and Source to Pay (S2P). This is an amazing opportunity to have a hands-on experience and to quick start your professional career in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

This is a one-year experience with a lot of engagement and dedication from our teams, mentors, and coaches inside the center with you.

A day in the life of...

Order to Cash Trainee

• Demand Capture: Ensure the orders of the Nestlé clients are captured, with the correct procedure;

• Credit Analysis: Review the credit of the Nestlé’s clients;

• Claims: Reception, analysis and problem-solving of all customer Claims raised by customers;

• Credit and Debit Note: Creation of Debit and Credit Notes to customers when necessary;

• Cash Collection: Successful management of due and overdue balances on customer account;

Source to Pay Trainee

• Reference Data: Setup and maintenance of all data impacting the different streams of Nestlé Business Services;

• Master Data: Creation and maintenance of Master Data impacting the processes of the streams;

• Transactional Support: Provide support in executing all operational processes and documents for procurement, day to day claims and ensure continuity of goods/services supplies

What will make you successful

• Being a recent graduate student with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Information Management, Accountancy, Finance, Economy, Administration, International Trade and Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, etc.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);

• Eligible for an IEFP internship;

• Available to start in September 2024;

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;

• Willing to join a multicultural environment;

• Customer and result focus
